The first couple of days in Israel have been full of emotions, and creating new experiences and memories. After a 14-hour flight, we were greeted by family and it felt like I had never left home. Every sight and sound it's almost surreal how quickly I felt at ease in this place.
The initial days of my trip were filled with celebrations of Shabbat, Rosh Hashana, and a Brit for the newest addition to our family.
The abundance of delicious food and the delicious drinks to try. Everywhere you go food, food, and more food. And this was only the beginning!
Life in Israel seems to move at a fast pace. It's a land of constant change. New years new rules, new roads, new slang. All these extremes are packed into a relatively small space, making Israel a unique and dynamic country. The lifestyle here is different compared to the states, yet it makes me appreciate the unique aspects of both states and countries.
To truly understand this country and what it has to offer, one should take a 6 month to a year gap and immerse themselves in its full experiences. It's a place that challenges your perceptions, broadens your horizons, and offers a unique perspective on life.
Israel has left an incredible mark on my heart, and I can't wait to explore more of its wonders in the days to come. Stay tuned for more updates from my journey!
